Since Hume put in forward the problem of induction, which has been controversial, itbrings impact to philosophy and natural obviously. The appearance of induction problemshakes people's theoretical basis. If this problem has not solved it means that people's allknowledge is not credible, but inductive logic and inductive method in people's real lifeare essential, so the question about rationality of inductive logic has its theoretical andpractical significance. At all times and in all countries, many logicians put in forward their own views. Theyelaborate their methods to solve this question, someone support inductive logic, such asKant, Russell, Jin Yuelin and others, but some others oppose inductive logic, they thinkinductive logic is not reliable, such as Popper and so on. However, all these plans are notentirely satisfactory, whether it supports induction logic or oppose the theoretical.Through the comparative analysis of these different solutions for this question, the authorbelieves that the research of inductive logic can jump out of the field of logic. UsingMarx's philosophy theory to solve the problem of induction may receive good effect. The author believes that people living in social environment, are social animals, man's existence and development is inseparable from the social practice, and the use ofinductive inference and inductive methods in social practice fields is more widely. Thisarticle carries on the discussion on the rationality of inductive and looks for the basis ofrationality in practice, thus proving the rationality should become the focus of research. Ofcourse, the rationality of induction does not means the method of induction is the onlyway for people's understanding and practice. In the social practice and scientific research, people should combine the deductive and inductive then make sure they can play their duerole.
