Yan Lianke is a writer full of creation accomplishments incontemporary Chinese world of literature. He has started his writingsince 1978. He has produced works of fiction with widespread topics andthemes, amounting to more than several million characters, includingnovels, novelettes and short stories. His writings, whether it isperceptual experience of life and rational critique spirit, made him oneof focus which contemporary Chinese world of literature paid attentionto. Especially serval novels of RiGuangLiuNian, JianYingRuShui, ShouHuoand Dingzhangmeng in which he have built "the world of Balou", he gavestrong shock to the world of literature, at the same time he gained goodreputation to himself.By unscrambling writings of Yan Lianke, combining his creativeexperience and practice, the thesis has done a comprehensive and thoroughresearch on telling, macroscopical rhetoric and microscopic figure ofspeech from the narrative rhetoric angle.This thesis includes three chapters. The first chapter is acomprehensive judgment in narrative language to Yan Lianke's writings.Based on straightening out the theory, combining the creative practiceof Yan Lianke, cutting into from his individual experience, fable styleand critique spirit, the thesis pointed out that the telling was the maincharacter of his writings when he narrate.The second chapter is the macroscopical rhetoric research tonarration of Yan Lianke's writings. The thesis pointed out that theshocking rhetoric effect is with his close relation to rhetoric skills.These skills include choice of angle of view, rhythm of slowing down,distance of controlling and structure arrangement.The third chapter is the microscopic rhetoric research to narrationof Yan Lianke's writings, the thesis review its rhetoric significance onsynaesthesia, symbol, onomatopoeia and irony from the specific figure ofspeech.
