After the victory of The October Revolution, the world was faced witha new era. China is also in the changing period of Chinese old-democratic revolution tonew-democratic revolution. With the influence and help coming from Soviet Russia,Sun Yat-sen changed his learning target from the west to Russia at that time. AlthoughSun Yat-sen and his Kuomintang took the attitude that he would choose the proper partof Russian experience that was advantage to his own party, such as how to frame partyconstitution, military policy, the country's political system and party work. Although thelearning method, concept and the content faced a lot of problems, we could make clearthat Sun Yat-sen and Kuomintang did have a large, world-embracing view indeed whenChinese revolution was trembled in the balance, and he was trying to learn from aparty's experience that was totally different from his own concept. What's more,Kuomintang had pushed Chinese revolution to a new age with the corporation of thegathering liberation movement in and out of our country. In a word, Kuomintang haddeveloped a lot during 1920's. It's known as one of the golden age in its history. The thesis makes a profound analysis on the history of learning from Russia fromthe party work and comparative study viewpoint. The theme is a part of Kuomintang'sparty work, the time limit is 1920's, the mark is the reorganization of Kuomintang; theconcept is the reshuffle, the organized construction, the organized management of theparty. The text divides into three parts altogether:First part, I have analysed the choice of the way Kuomintang building up thecountry, explained why Kuomintang choose the Russian experience and the process ofKuomintang learning target's change, which will make the bedding for the rest parts..Second part, is also the key part. I have tried to expound my view on the contentof Kuomintang's learning. We have to say that Kuomintang chose the useful mattersthat are critically important to itself, such as country's political system, party work andarmy system. And it had made great progress.Third part is the judge of all those matters. Kuomintang had learned from Russiaa lot, and succeeded to some extent. I affirm its achievements, and also point outproblems. What's more, I draw a comparison between the learning matters between Kuomintang and Communist Party, and draw a conclusion that we have to combinedour own realities with foreign experience, and make our own right way to makeourselves strong. This thesis has reflected the following characteristics mainly: firstly, I haveexplained the reason, process, result of learning from Russian experience, and made animpersonal remark on the whole history. Then I draw a conclusion that it's essential tolearn from other country's experience, what we should do is to stick to the principles ofseeking truth from facts, integrating theory with practice and proceeding from reality inall things. We also have to combine our own realities with foreign experience when weare faced with it. Secondly, the materials are full and accurate; it is apt to use, abundantin content. I tried to use all materials in proper ways, and stated my vie, ws definitely.
