With the rapid development of the mid-20th century industrialization of Soviet Russia,,the migration of the rural population had a tremendous impact on the Soviet Russia domesticrural population movements. National policy against agricultural development as the main reason, therapid development of industrialization and urbanization have forced people to choose city life,at the same time, the rural population shift in thinking. Soviet Russia urban industrializationand agricultural development of the20th century is prior to our country for half a century, it’sindustrial city construction achieved good economic benefits, but the population loss hasgiven a serious impact on the subsequent economic development,it makes the proportion ofurban and rural population serious imbalance, also bringing the losses of social developmentand the living environment unbalance for agricultural development. The policy ofurbanization economic construction for using rural capital to develop the industrial economyhas been in full swing. With the accelerated pace of industrialization,the transfer speed oflarge numbers of farmers to the city from the countryside have been accelerated, but thisurbanization have some dangers.For the phenomenon that a large number of Soviet Russia population migration lead tothe hampering of economic development, the government has also implemented many reformpolicies. Driven by the rapid development of industrial, the expanding of the size of the SovietRussia population mobility and the accelerate speed of urbanization have direct socialimpact on the rural Soviet Russia population loss today, the lack of labor, social life andmarital status of the age structure. For example, the lack of labor has brought varying degreesof the agricultural development: Rural serious aging problem, structural imbalance of ruralhouseholds, imbalance of sex ratio, and decreased marriage rates and so on. Chinese andSoviet Russia facing the different environmental conditions on agriculture and ruraldevelopment, but the two countries conditions and the rural population losses affecting thestructure of social life and marriage caused are similar. If our country learn some experiencesand lessons from the Soviet Russia rural population development, it will have some help tosolve the problem of agriculture for our country.
