The Duet Of Revolution And Consultation: Mode Of Country Foundation With Chinese Characteristics (1945-1949)

After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, China's society faced the development orientation issues. At that time, the Kuomintang of China, the CPC and democratic parties which were active in the political arena had put forward their own ideas. After the democratic consultation of Chongqing Negotiations and the Political Consultative Conference, these ideas became the strongest voice of democratic country foundation. Just when people across the country have se en the dawn of democracy and cheered, the Civil War broke out between the Kuomintang of China and the Communist Party, which made the democracy as flash in the pan. People search once again embarked on the journey of democracy. Later, as the war situation always moving forward, the CPC which had achieved military superiority issued the famous "Slogans on May 1" of founding a democratic coalition government. So far, the democratic nation-building topics was put on the agenda again, ultimately for the organization of the CPPCC carrier, "Common Program" of the Provisional Constitution, the election set up a Central People's Government, more than a century of humiliation and the pain has finally come to an end.This article is based on the historical process to explore the Chinese characteristics of establishing the People's Republic of China during the review of the eventful years of democracy in the process of nation-building. In fact, on this process, stripped of historical details, we can see a simple context that the establishment of new China is the result of military victory of the Chinese Communist Party and the political consultation between the Chinese Communist Party and the democratic forces. The new regime was the new democratic form of government. For a Marxist party, the nature of the founding of the path and the government undoubtedly has distinct Chinese characteristics. In view of this, the paper summarized the path as "model of nation-building with Chinese characteristics" and wanted to discuss the Chinese characteristics of the establishment of the People's Republic of China under this framework, and try to analyze the reason and the value of this model.Through the combing and researching of history, we find that the there are three aspects of Chinese characteristics of founding the People's Republic of China. The first one is a simultaneous armed struggle and nation-building process of political consultation. Determines the victory of the armed struggle against the Democratic leadership of the founding of the attribution of the Political Consultative Conference, on this basis the new China was built legitimacy. The second one is the CPC and democratic parties and non-armed co-governance, which is different from the Soviet Union and other socialist countries, a major feature of governance. The third is the nature of the new democratic regime. As a Marxist party, after the victory in the revolution to establish new democratic transition regime is a compromise, but also a kind of wisdom. The connotation of nation-building model with Chinese characteristics that reflect the above-mentioned three aspects, it is the formation of domestic and international political, economic, and social interaction and so the result of historical forces, the political reality of China's development has important significance.
