The"Song prose"is one of the important classical prose style in our country, having single literary characteristic and social culture value. In recent years, the academic circles gave certain emphasize on the literary style research, but the specialized research related to Song prose is still placed in weak appearance, spreading to be seen in the literary history, literature history of thought and related thesis papers, and lack of system research and treatise.The work is mainly institute on"Song prose"before Tang pierod in old china , be in the light of a prose of basic method, commence from the history development of song prose, set out from writing and animadversion of song prose respectively, in order to make the development of Song prose clearly and systematically ,searching from the creations topic, creations form, creations style and etc. inquiry into the ralation ship between song text and song poems, and especially notice《Lu Song·Jiong》writing method influenced on the future generations of description natural things. Under the premise of narrating Song prose before Tang period, according to the development characteristics of the Song prose of Tang Dynasty, respectively with the beginning and prosperous of Tang,Dynasty ,in the middle of Tang Dynasty , and the late Tang period , investigating Tang Dynasty the characteristic of the Song prose literary and changes different from before, laying equal stress on the reason. On this foundation, this text draws lessons from classification method and classification name of the ancients physically according to the creations of song text, for one hand, According to the subject matter , divided Song prose into the saint and wise minister , ancient wise ,and the miscellaneous of three types, and according to the people of the past, carry on a define to"miscellaneous",for the other hand, from the motivation of writing ,dividing the song text into"to be subjected to order","being request to someone"and"scholar independence writing"three types, try to follow the science , integrity and exclusively standard to classify , and under the premise of categorized, carried on an initial define to the song prose, explicite the song prose the content of this literary style, and finally, in remaining part, we talk about the cultural and literary value about song prose .This text try best to set up the development system of song prose before tang period ,especially study the inherent relationship between Song prose and Song poems , and thorough literature , start from the literary style idea, try to deep in literature and cultural level, inquiry into the society, cultural reason and literary style reason that how can a kind of literary style development changes.
