The Research On That During The Qing Dynasty Jilin Area's Several Garrison And Authority Problems

The Qing dynasty set up the eight-flags garrison system that the general and the assistant manager(副都统)have the highest duty in Jilin area during Shun Zhi(顺治). In Kang Xi(康熙),along with the large quantities of moves into the eastnorth area. The Qing government establishes the civil management structure. But until the end of the Qing dynasty, the Jilin area has not throughout formed the independent civil management system. Garrison general and assistant manager holds the post is governing the highest military administration sovereignty.The name of Jilin general has a change in history. That is Angbang Zhangjing of Ningguta (宁古塔昂邦章京), Manager of Ningguta(宁古塔总管), Shipyard general(船厂将军) and Wula general(乌拉将军)from the Shun Zhi to Qian Long(乾隆).Until the Qian Long 22 years beginning chooses a name as Jilin general. My thesis according on source material such as archives and memoirs in Qing dynasty, comprehensive research,studying out the Angbang Zhangjing of Ningguta establish in Shun Zhi ten years , the assistant manager of Ningguta establish in Shun Zhi nine years , the assistant manager of Jilin Wula(吉林乌拉) establish in Yong Zheng(雍正)three years, the assistant manager of Bodune(伯都讷)establish in Kang Xi 31 years , the assistant manager of Sanxing(三姓)establish in Yong Zheng ten years, the assistant managers of Alechuk(a阿勒楚喀)and Lalin(拉林)all establish in Qian Long 26 years. The earliest civil management structure in Jilin area that Yongji state(永吉州), Taining county(泰宁县)and Changning county(长宁县)establish in Yong Zheng four years. The Taining county abrogate in Yong Zheng seven years, Changning county abrogate in Qian Long first year.
