Study On Political Socialization Of Anti-Japanese War Base Area

After the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China started to establish the Anti-Japanese War base area in the vast countryside. In the rural society, CPC's political power was very weak in social class foundation and the masses'base because of politics consciousness conservative of the people, the indifference of their political attitude, the attachment of their political personality and the lack of their political participation. People's acknowledgment towards the CPC'political power was very low. If CPC wanted to take root in the base and mobilize the people to fight against Japan, it must not only carry on the political socialization but also instill the people with a whole set of political advocation and the political thought, in this way, the social class consciousness and national consciousness of the people could be strengthened.In the base area, CPC realized the political socialization of the people through a series of intermediary ways. The main ways are as follows: material interest induction, agitation, propaganda, organization control, school education and mass media. Through these intermediary ways, the function of political socialization was displayed effectively.From the angle of the political socialization operation main body, CPC's political socialization operation pattern in the base area highlighted the political party's strong status in political socialization. From the angle of the political socialization operation content, CPC not only attached great importance to instillation of the CPC's political thought ideas, political ideal and political values, but also paid great attention to the cultivation and training of the people's political skills. From the angle of the political socialization operation means, CPC adopted diverse ways that was direct or indirect, apparent or latent. From the angle of the political socialization operation process, the advancement of the political socialization depends upon the people closely. Under the leadership of the CPC, the political socialization of the base area has obtained a lot of apparent achievements. People's patriotism enthusiasm was stimulated, which promoted the victory of the war. The"political person"was molded and this kind of"political person"was suitable for the demand of the Anti-Japanese War and the democratic political power demand, which impelled Chinese political development .In the meanwhile, the acknowledgement towards CPC's political power was strengthened, which has consolidated the political valid foundation of the CPC's political power.Overall assessment of its successful experience of the political socialization, it mainly lies in: the formulation of its political socialization goal conformed to the reality; its political socialization measures and methods complied with to the historical conditions of that time, its political socialization value guidance serves the basic interests of social members in different walks, CPC fully displayed its political superiority because of its belonging to the masses. While obtaining the successful experience, we should see that the political socialization in the base also has its noticeable deficiencies. But regardless of the experience or the deficiencies, today they all give us much enlightenment of great importance in the political socialization.
