| China is now in the stage from planned economy era to market economy era, various changes in social life aspects are owing to economic system transformation, which lead to changes of values. Traditional and modern,planned economy age and market economy age,eastern and western etc. various values are squeezed on the same platform, values conflicts arise. On the basis of social transformation, the author analyzing the reasons of values conflicts, probing how to construct China's values system.The article is divided into three parts. Part I : the author expounds value conflicts forms on the basis of social transformation, part II : focuses on analysis of the reasons of conflicts and its social consequences; Part III: Exploring the Chinese values system construction.
