Contemporary china is in the period of social transformation, which is the changing progress of society from traditional to modern, from agricultural to industrial, and from closed to open. Caused by the reforms of economical, political and cultural systems, the beneficial structures of main social bodies are being adjusted and regrouped, which will surely lead to the conflicts of the value concepts and affect people's social life greatly. Therefore, we must study and handle the conflicts of value concepts. It has important theoretical significance to the smooth going of socialism modernization of Chinese character.The paper is developed according to the following logistics.
