On the foundation of predecessor's Studies,the paper investigates a series of Internal difference of Psychological verbs in modern Chinese.at first,established the standard of Psychological verb. From 1328 verbs in Verb usage dictionary the paper singles out 107 verbs that Conforms to the condition and Comprehensively discussed these Psychological verbs.The paper describes the Internal Time structure of Psychological verbs,divided these verbs into four kinds:A:have Beginning,End point and Process; B: have End point,Process but no Beginning;C: have Beginning,but no End point and Process;D:have no Beginnings End point and Process .The paper then discusses the exterior time structure of Psychological verbs, and Obtains Tense system of Pychological verbs .the paper next discussed the definition of Degree adverb to Psychological verb,and point out that Different Degree adverb reveals that different Psychological verbs have different Magnitude, and it also influenced by Semantic characteristic [+Independent].
