In the middle of the nineteenth century, Allen poe published the murders in the Rue Morgue, which officially announced the birth of detective story. Afterwards each national writer imitates it unexpectedly, and they created the unique detective stories, which made the detective story become a delicate and graceful scene in the world literature treasure house. Sherlock Holmes, Poirot and Arsene Lupin have been known to every household, and their stories have a proverbial currency. It is thus clear that the propagation and influence of the detective fiction are far-reaching and extensive now. However, in the research of all sorts of literature styles of novels, detective fiction is not thought highly enough, especially the social background and literature spirit of the detection fiction are not dig deeply. Therefore, it is necessary to seek the social value concept and humanistic spirit in detective fiction.Aubert is a spying writer of fiction who rises spring up, but she has bring forth new ideas in this field, and she does not only lay stress on the structure of the plot model of the detective fiction but also pays close attention to many questions which now the world and the humanity faces, for example police system, money supreme, religious opium, narcotic violation, human's disassimilation. Thus her novel has very strong social critical consciousness, and her novels may also be called"the question novel". Aubert is good at digging man's inner situation, especially those who feel anacatesthesia under the impact of modern civilization, and put them into the atmosphere of abnormal terror, which can disclose social morbidity nowadays. Facing such a social situation, Aubert can't help warring about men's fate deeply, she devotes herself to seek methods to free the men, and she thinks love is a good kind of medicine to save the soul, she also appeals for men's spirit of universal love and advocate self-inspiration to get the happiness of the humanity. Her works has been translated into 15 languages and renowned one of the best-selling novels in the world, and her novels are loved very much by many readers .In the future, Aubert's influence is immeasurable, so researching Aubert's detective fiction has definite value.
