Hans Kung is the earliest scholar of proposing the global ethics theory. In recent years, he actively promoted the development of the global ethics and advocated the religious dialogue. He is the founder of the Global Ethic Foundation. He drafted "Towards Global Ethic Declaration" in 1993. Many people are not very supportive of building a worldwide global ethics; however, its value is very far-reaching.Under the background of globalization, Hans Kung profound realized the urgency of the world crisis, and the responsibility of the political ethics and economic ethics. Hans Kung hopes through religious dialogue to achieve his global ethics.He made an in-depth analysis of the possibility, the premise and the principle for the inter-religious dialogue, and summarized two basic forms of dialogue:academic exchange-based type and private communication type. The idea of global ethics has a very far-reaching significance to the whole world.
