Depression was a more common affective disorder. The domestic and the external had been a massive research in pathological and etiological factor and mental mechanism. These research had laid the foundation for cure of depression. However, It had also much limitation on mental mechanism and cure, not only in treatment course but also in Curative effect ,Especially for depression clients who were students. With the profound development on cognitive psychology, the systematic analysis of psychological structure has been explored in the further step. This article is precisely under this kind of social background and the theory background, according to the subconscious concept of psychoanalysis and the conditioned reflex theory of behaviorism, carries on subconscious conditional mood reflection, and thought the mental mechanism to client was subconscious conditional mood reflection. Profiting from the educational psychology advance organizer technology, proposed the emotional advance organizer's technique, During the clinic intervention, using emotional advance organizer's technique, through systematic behavior training, eliminated passive emotion and molded positive mood and behavior. The knowledge which the person learned under the relax condition much more excited, in order to achieved to automatic movement in realistic situation.This research contained three parts, with introduction review and case study. The first was introduction, which explored research in pathological and etiological factor and mental mechanism, and traditional and correlational therapy study. We also put out the new mental mechanism and the theoretical hypothesis of psychology technique intervention for depression. The second was clinic practice, by case study, questionnaire and interview methods. Two clients who had depression were treated by the new technique and tracked study.
