Senior high school students are in the critical period of growth.They also face heavy academic pressure,interpersonal pressure,parent-child relationship conflict and so on in the period of rapid physical and mental transformation.The study found that senior high school students' depression rate is higher than the general population.It is necessary to improve the depression of senior high school students through the intervention of psychological flexibility.This study is divided into two parts.The first part: by sampling 678 students from three grades of a senior high school in our city,the questionnaire data are analyzed in different dimensions to explore the overall status of high school students' psychological flexibility and depression,and to explore the relationship between them.Part two: firstly,according to the theory of psychological flexibility intervention,acceptance and commitment therapy,According to the actual situation of senior high school students,50 students with high scores of depression were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(25 people)and control group(25 people).The control group did not do any treatment,and the experimental group received group assistance intervention;after the group assistance intervention,their psychological flexibility and depression level were measured again,and the data of pre-test and post-test were carried out To study the effect of psychological flexibility training on improving the depression of senior high school students,and to analyze the effectiveness of group assistance program.The conclusion is as follows:1.54.42% of senior high school students have different levels of depression,and the general depression of senior high school students is relatively high;58.26% of senior high school students have more than 70 scores of empirical avoidance and cognitive integration,and the general psychological flexibility of senior high school students is relatively low.2.There were no significant differences in gender,grade,urban and rural differences,and parents' education level.There were significant differences in the psychological flexibility of senior high school students in whether they were divorced families or academic classes;there were no significant differences in the depression of senior high school students in grade,urban and rural differences,parents' culture,and there were significant differences in gender,divorced families or academic classes.Whether divorced family and academic class rank are the two main factors that affect high school students' psychological flexibility and depression.3.There is a significant negative correlation between mental flexibility and depression.The lower the mental flexibility is,the more serious the depression is.4.After receiving group counseling,the high school students' psychological flexibility and depression improved significantly.Group counseling aiming at improving psychological flexibility can effectively improve the high school students' depression.
