Since the year 2000, the phenomenon of Chinese-English mixed code i.e.'Post-Pidgin'English, becomes very common. As to'Post-Pidgin'English, its history is not long. Nearly in late1990s, some articles about it appeared. However, there is not a detail study of it. Even though some researches have been done, most of them just analyze the phenomenon from social and cultural aspects. Therefore, the status quo of Post-Pidgin stays at a relatively low level. This paper is a tentative analysis of code-switching between Chinese and English, i.e.'Post-Pidgin'English, adopting qualitative approach, using synthetic and induction approach, and linguistic structure and psychological analytic approach, with a great number of examples, aiming at the analysis of the generative causes of'Post-Pidgin'English from psycholinguistic perspective. The theories of bilingualism, including language choice, language mixing and code-switching, can explain it reasonably. In this paper, from macro perspective,'Post-Pidgin'English is classified into seven types: Newspaper and Magazine; Advertisement; Literature Books; Lyric; Opusculum; Movie and Teleplay; Internet. Combining with the context, these seven types are analyzed in detail with plenty of examples. The feature of this paper (5.3 The Psycholinguistic Analysis of'Post-Pidgin'English) is with both psychological and linguistic perspectives to analyze the generative causes, revealing the connection between language and psychology of the speakers.
