The paper depicts and analyses the syntax construction and the whole form meaning of "bi"sentence pattern by dividing it into "the completed pattern" and "the variety of the completed one"as a point of departure, and comparing them from postive forms and negative forms .We study the regularities of the appearance and implication of "the compared point" and the method of recognization, then take the attributes and performances of the negative form as our focal point. The following conclusions are drown:I. The appearance position of "the compared point" is free, and the implication of it only can be shown on item "W".II. There are large differences according to the literary form in the apperance and implication of "the compared point".III. The negative form has only several patterns and the components is simple too.As far as the quantity be concerned ,it can't form a equal-division category with the postive one.IV. The negative form consists of "bubi" sentence and "buW"sentence ,the former contains a prior "zero form" presumption ,and the latter is caused by the backward-moved negativemark "bu"coinciding with the negative focus. The quantity statistical data are applied to prove the above-mentioned conclusions, and the implied reason is found from a cognitive psychology angles. The paper regards "the compared point"as a nominal and explains the compared result item "W" as the main factors consisting of a certain category which includes many attributes performed adjective word. At last, "bi N hai N"sentence pattern is based on the assumption of regarding nominal as a "container",and in order to prove it the related test has been designed.
