Ethics is the moral principle that deals with relationship of people. The moral principle of Buddhism is an important ascetic way of all doctrine of Buddhism. It is fundamental belief and important way of practicing asceticism of Buddhism. It is important part of religion ethics. This article inquire into characteristic of the moral principle of tsong-kha-pa in order to provide basic resources and discussion about Buddhist culture, which establish modern theory term of customs of transform.Puti-tao-cidi-lun is typical representative of the moral principle of Buddhism of tsong-kha-pa. Ci-di is different stage that reaches real freedom through Prajna. This system establish on the three kind of way of practicing asceticism. They are under ascetics; the middle ascetics and the above ascetic's .The under ascetics only enjoy moment's joy of life. The middle ascetics only make liberation of him own. The above ascetics devote themselves to the common liberation with the other people. Tsong-kha-pa think these three kinds of way are not independent while they are closely related entirety .These three different stage are called the under ascetics way, the middle ascetics way and the above ascetics way. Tsong-kha-pa advocate people must obey the order of three ascetics' way. Practicing it step by step will be acquiring great achievement at last.
