International relations the most fundamental factor is people, people-to-people contacts in international relations is based on the masses and social infrastructure, The more solid the foundation of international relations better. Folk Art Exchange is the people-to-people contacts an important part, it is relatively government's official diplomacy is concerned. China and Japan share a long history of folk art, between the 1950s and early 1970s, the Chinese and Japanese people still uphold the historical tradition, the people of the two countries aimed at strengthening ties and make up for the war brought the people of the two countries trauma, Reconstruction between the two peoples, the friendly relations between the two countries to facilitate the normalization of diplomatic ties.This paper mainly from four areas to be introduced. Normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries in Asia and the world political situation will have a major impact and is conducive to world peace and stability.
