The fusion of different culture has become an inevitable trend, for which we, working as the contemporary Chinese artist, have to consider such a question as how to treat the perceptual and skill difference between the east and the west. Among the differences, color, as one of the most important factors in the painting languages, emphasizes the great divergence of the expression and aesthetics between the east and the west paintings. The favor of Chinese in ink, as well as the westerners' creative implication of color provides abundant nourishment for the growing of the contemporary paintings.
