The three Yang that is the Yang Shi-qi, the Yang Rong and the Yang Pu all are the famous politician of the early date of the Ming dynasty. The cases are mainly embodied at the policy's making and performing.At the fourth section, mainly describes the three Yang's function about stabilizing royal members and holding down the rebelling of royal members.At the fifth section, mainly describes the historical reasons of the separation of An Nan from the Ming Empire.On the whole, at the duration of the three Yang chairing political affairs, the Ming politics passes a course from moving to stabilizing. The political direction as that too. At the course, the three Yang play a important role. They are not only the passer, also the joiner and decider. As a good politician, they step on the ground of maintaining national eternal stability, and they see the thought of RuJia so perfect, that they respect it not leaving a little force, putting it into practice, thus, they give the more attention to settle these conflicts between them. They know deeply the stability of farmer being the conditions of national stability. According to these reasons, they propose and emphasize enhancing national ability of management, so that stabilizing the small-scale economy. These efforts, as a result, propel social further progressing and extend Ming Empire existing time.Though the politics adapts to the need of the late politics and economy of ancient society, its limitation is evident too. The politics do chases stability and not chases developing and mechanically settles various social crises or conflicts, and makes it more and more conservative. As abandoning An Nan that is the reflection of the politics.
