When the camera lens at the first time focuses on the dance, as the two active kinds of arts, dance and movie accompanied with TV impact on each other which then lets dance get the new right to talk. With the rapid change in the development of movie and TV technology, again the art of dancing is endowed with new life beyond time and space by the free movement of image. No matter it is the dancing movie, the art film of dancing video, or the dancing video aimed at recording the dance or live program, the action of composing the dancing art of movie and TV is always trying to find the available place belonging to this new intersectional subject between motion and rest. Following this way, this paper begins with the relations between dancing language and dancing image of movie and TV, discussing around the motility owned by these two kinds of arts, and through linking many kinds of cases of dancing image, it analyses the new way of making a speech produced by the connection of these two language modes, and finally it researches into the rule of composing the dancing art of movie and TV.The whole essay spreads its narration step by step according as the three levels of the motion properties of movie and TV art. In the first part, the Primary motion is the core, and this part mainly narrates the motional characteristic of dance itself and the presenting form of representing the dance by using the camera lens. In the second part, it starts with the Secondary motion which is mainly around the motion of camera lens, and it pins down the expression of the motion of camera lens in the dancing image and the visual purpose produced under this motion form. Because of the motion of the camera lens the tastes of dance in the images are different and this point in the paper is among the most important one to be discussed. In the third part, it focuses on the combinatorial linked motion followed the dancing image produced by the connection of dance and the camera lens, and that is the Tertiary motion. As it is the expansion of the last two motions, so combining with the analysis of some typical cases of lens, this paper further explains the form and significance of the combination and linking of the dancing image.
