In the two main line of Confucianism and Taoism, Ancient Chinese shows the esthetic function on the shape of life, spirit and the criticism of asocial life and reveals individual life and social life's function of the harmonious development, and address to the historical fact of integrated fruits of art with the secular and elite aesthetic feeling concerning the special historical period of the Ming Dynasty to illuminate contemporary aesthetics' pluralistic coexistence and integrated value. On the basis of analysis in aesthetic feeling's utility about life and living , paper make its own interpretation on the aesthetic function in the context of current post-modern consumer culture and explained that the coexistence of diverse aesthetic clear up the authority in the pursuit of freedom and equality with value and significance. Contemporary aesthetic feeling publicized emotional and physical lives of the reasonable desires involved in the daily lives, advocacy and aesthetic differences in the construction of the new sensibility. And compared with integrated life of ancient aesthetic, the contemporary aesthetics is lack of a broader meaning to life, spiritual transcendence and the critical function of the community which is the era of its limitations that we should be reflection, critical and actively guide in theory.
