The most famous researches of Nietzsche would be Heidegger's Ontological define and Deleuze's post-modern interpretation, but the starting point of this article which make the thought of Nietzsche differ from traditional metaphysical Ontology, and also away from the state of disunity of post-modern is to seek a middle way different from those researches. It supposes that among Nietzsche's colourful and diverse mottos, there is no construction of traditional metaphysical system but a continuously concentrative focus. This article perceives the focus as"Nihilism", through which, using many experts'interpretations of Nietzsche philosophy for reference, this article tries to recombine the important aspects of Nietzsche philosophy, which are seem to be unsystematized and disrelated, so as to provide a clear new interpretation sample for Nietzsche philosophy. This article regards Nietzsche as a pioneer of Western culture, who firstly predicted the rise and development of the Nihilism, and firstly clearly described the features of this Nihilism. As the first one who penetrated into the interior of Nihilism, he firstly investigated the causes and sources of the Nihilism, and pointed out the first way to overcome the Nihilism for the Western culture.During this process, Nietzsche's philosophy shows a huge diversity from the traditional metaphysic. Firstly, the diversity lies in the re-comprehension of the characteristics of Western civilization, in which he summarized the characteristics of Western civilization not as Rationalism but as Moralism; secondly, Nietzsche defined this kind of Moralism as a form of decadent civilization, namely the negative Nihilism; thirdly, Nietzsche regarded that the root of Moralism civilization lies in the decadence of instinct, by which he firstly defined the instinct as the core of civilization; finally, Nietzsche emphasize so much on the instinct that he turned to the reverse side of the enlightenment, and even claimed to reconstruct the hierachical system by the order of instinct in the West, looking forward to the reborn of Western culture.
