On HuaiBang-Drama Traditional Text

Huaibang is a rare play of Henan local play. Because it was born in and popular among Henei, Jiyuan, Wenxian, Mengxian, Xiuwu, Wuzhi and Yangwu, thus it got the name Huaibang, or"Huai qing bang zi","lao huai bang","huai diao","huai ju". It is a local play of bang zi opera that is filled with local color. It was listed in the first group of world non-material cultural heritage. Beginning with the study on Huai bang dramatic play, this thesis analyzes play modality and programme source, has a literature aesthetical view of this folk entertainment form, interprets common people's life attitude reflected in the play, and thus intends to provide a new thinking for local play study and be helpful for our country's non-material cultural heritage work.The thesis is composed of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion.The introduction part tells the reason of choosing this topic, present situation, literature source and study viewpoint, thinking mode and method.The body consists of four chapters.Chapter one: general introduction of Huaibang play. The origin, history and present situation of Huaibang are told in general. Huaibang is a multi-cultural product with a long history. The falling and rising history and present development of Huaibang present the changing process of Huaibang play.Chapter two: play modality and play programme source. This part divides collected Huaibang play into performing edition, and publishing edition. Detailed analysis of the style is given to various plays configuration. The origin of Huaibang play programme is also researched.Chapter three: Traditional Huaibang play's thinking connotation. Based on genre analysis, this part divides Huaibang play into historical legal case play, family ethic play and religious ghost play. Representative plays are chosen to analyze the life philosophy and aesthetic connotation of traditional Huaibang play in folk life.Chapter four: Text character of traditional Huaibang play. Text character of traditional Huaibang play is interpreted by warfare type Huaibang play,smart application of colloquial expressions and Region culture profound manifestation.Remaining discussion. Summarizing the whole thesis, it displays that Huaibang play has its literature value as one kind of folk arts. Traditional Huaibang play also has its value and further development space as a folk literature treasury.
