Communication strategies are one of the main parts of communicative competence. Communication strategies are the strategies used by the speakers on purposely to overcome obstacles in the process of communication. The consistence and fluency of a learner's communicative competence are affected by his or her communication strategies. A good understanding and adaptation of communication strategies can let the interlocutors deal with the obstacles smoothly, can guarantee the communication to be continued, make the interlocutors obtain much more input and output corpora, strengthen their self-confidence so that they can be actively involved themselves in the communicative activities and lower their anxiety during the communicative activities as well. Compensatory strategies are one of the most important strategies. And hesitation filter plays a key role in delaying the thinking time. Meanwhile speaker's native language's transfer cannot be ignored. This study focuses on 1) through analyzing the problems both in teaching and students'communicative activities, discovering the reasons of low communicative competence of the students of English major in Guiyang vocational and special schools, 2) helping the students to learn compensatory strategies and hesitation filter and promoting the conscious of positive transfer of mother language/tongue by using implicit and explicit training methods in order to improve their communicative competence and make up the lacks of the output of language or overcome the obstacles in the communication process, 3) steps of training, training processes and the problems in training are discussed and studied at the same time, while the assessable and available of communication strategies training in spoken class are also considered. The findings show that compensatory strategies and hesitation filter training in spoken class is a good way to develop the students'strategies consciousness, cultivate the students'abilities of using strategies effectively. After the training, students'communicative competences are improved. Meanwhile some suggestions are also presented in the essay that may lay a good foundation for the next training for the students.
