Research purpose:To investigate the current situation of secondary vocational school students’ self-esteem and confidence, analysis of the secondary vocational student’s self-esteem and confidence level related degree; By investigation and measurement study analysis the relationship between implicit and explicit self-esteem; Through promotion assertiveness training gave birth to the confidence level of technical secondary school, and then study self-confidence training on the secondary vocational student’s implicit and explicit self-esteem.Research methods:Personal Evaluation Inventory was applied to test was conducted in349secondary raw, letter validity of the analysis of the questionnaire. And using the self-esteem scale, Personal Evaluation Inventory (PEI) undertake to the student questionnaire survey, to understand its level of self-respect, self-confidence and demographic factors, and to analyze the relationship between self-esteem and confidence level. Using IAT inqusit3.0system experimental procedure of a secondary vocational school students test of implicit self-esteem. Whether there is proved that internal cause self-respect. Analysis of the relationship between implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem, and analysis of implicit self-esteem demographic factors. According to the survey, experiment study, different levels of self-esteem level of confidence and its influencing factors, assertiveness training plan formulation and implementation of intervention. Explore the assertiveness training to improve the secondary vocational student’s explicit and implicit self-esteem. Results:1. The applicability of the PEI detect shows that the structure validity of the model accord with the standard.2. Vocational students self-confidence and self-esteem status quo survey shows that in terms of gender and one-child two influence factors, sports self-confidence dimensions exist significant difference (P<0.05). Student cadre or not, parents occupation is the confidence level, and the influence factors of self-esteem condition, and there is statistical significance (P<0.05). Confidence score and each dimension and significant related to the level of self-esteem to self-esteem as the dependent variable, confidence as the independent variable regression equation is established.3. The implicit self-esteem’s research shows that:in secondary groups, implicit self-esteem is significantly. And implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem is low weak correlation (P=0.175). Only children and the only child’s implicit self-esteem level differ significantly (P<0.05) and only children implicit self-esteem level is higher than not only children.4. Assertiveness training for the secondary vocational student’s self-confidence and self-esteem shows:(1) After the intervention, there are significant difference in intervention group and control group between group,and intervention confidence score decreased significantly (P<0.05); Intervention group personal assessment questionnaire of each dimension (except sports self-confidence dimensions) were significantly improved.(2) After the intervention,there are significant difference in intervention group and control group on the self-esteem score,and intervention self-esteem score significantly higher (P<0.05). (3) After the intervention,there aren’t significant difference on the intervention group and the control group in implicit self-esteem (P>0.05).Conclusion:The total score of self-confidence and each dimension score has significantly correlation with self-esteem level;Implicit self-esteem and confidence level, explicit self-esteem has weakly correlated relationship.Assertiveness training can significantly improve vocational students’s confidence level,and through the improvement of the confidence level which can improve their level of self-esteem,elf-confidence training to improve the effect of implicit self-esteem has no significant.
