| Central committee of the party putted forward that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation,strove to develop and promoted the Chinese traditional culture.Calligraphy is one of the Chinese traditional art,it’s also a treasure of Chinese Nation.It’s of great realistic significance to take over and develop the calligraphy.Our country and local governments invest a lot of finical and human resources to host many kinds of calligraphy training,such as “Calligraphy transmitting ”which held by the training center of Chinese calligraphy society,the calligraphy training organizations of every province and so on.This makes that more and more people recognize the importance of the calligraphy training.Nowadays,it is appear that more and more calligraphy training institutions.If the training institutions want to gain a better competitive at the market.It has to own a good team of calligraphy teacher.But nowadays,many of the training organizations are lack of good teachers,most of the organizations need to pay much money for owning great teachers or probably be new to the workforce.These result in that the training organizations had a bad rap.The B training institution is lack of some excellent calligraphy teachers.For B training institution can hire excellent calligraphy teacher but cost much money or hire some teachers who couldn’t write,and these teachers needed to be trained.However,owing to various reasons of training,result in that the team of teachers calligraphy level is not high,and the B training institution had a bad rap.The B training institution as a study of this article was surveyed,such as the training needs of staff,training system,training goals,training content,training effective evaluation and so on.By survey,to find out some problems of the staff training,firstly,the training is short of aim so it couldn’t inspire everybody motivation in training.Secondly,training or organization is loose and the training institution didn’t have reasonable evaluation methods.There was some very simple evaluation methods so that it ’ s useless for training effective evaluation.Finally,when the training already finished,it didn’t have somebody to supervise and urge everyone to use the training content when they are working and the ways of the training effectiveness evaluation are very single.In view of above question and combined with the current situation,find out some ways to solve these problems.By studying training of the calligraphy teachers,some proposals for calligraphy training works are presented.The solution proposed by this paper solves some problems.Education and cultivation of a number of excellent talent.So these ways have some realistic meaning. |
