These years, the psychological scholars have increasingly attached great importance to the effect of emotion on the cognitive process of the human being, especially about the relationship between emotion and decision-making. Particularly in recent 20 years, as the two psychological doctors, Simon and Kahneman, won Nobel Prizes, in the fields of economic decision-making, risk investment decision-making, tour consumption decision-making and so on, many study projects have yielded rich fruits. In this paper, comparing to the previous studies, which mainly focused on explaining the effect of emotion on decision-partiality, through experimental method, the writer established a new measuring index of dependent variable and made an attempting study on the effect of emotion on quality of exigency decision-making in the situation that an individual faces some unforeseen events, based on the operating definition of quality of exigency decision-making.Experiment 1: In this experiment, the writer adopted the experimental design—2(sex)×2(emotion)×2(difficulty). Through triggering off the two different emotions, neutral and negative, the writer asked the participants to finish the tasks of exigency decision-making. Then, after handling the experimental data and analyzing the results, the write reached the following conclusions: (1) The time, which the male spent on exigency decision-making, is obviously less than the female spent, at the same time, to some extent, in making use of the existing information reorganization or producing some new points concerning the contents of exigency decision-making, and in point of his own satisfactory degree on the results in exigency decision-making, the male is distinctly better than the female. (2) The time, which the participants in the negative emotion group spent on exigency decision-making, is obviously more than the participants in the neutral emotion group, and concerning their own confident degrees on exigency decision-making process, the participants in the negative emotion group are worse than the participants in the neutral emotion group. However, with regard to their own satisfactory degrees on the results in exigency decision-making, the participants in the neutral emotion group are distinctly better than the participants in the negative emotion group. (3) As the experimental tasks are more and more difficult, the time, which the participants spent on exigency decision-making, is obviously more and more. (4) Between sex variable and emotional type variable, two distinct alternating effects exist in time index of decision-making.Experiment 2: In this experiment, the writer adopted the experimental design—2(sex)×2(frame type)×2(quantity of spare programs). Through setting up different attributes of frames, the writer used different methods to describe exigency decision-making materials of the same information and asked the participants to finish the tasks of exigency decision-making. Then, after handling the experimental data and analyzing the results, the write reached the following conclusions: (1) The time, which the female spent on decision-making, is obviously less than the male. However, concerning his own confident degree on exigency decision-making, the male is obviously better than the female. (2) The decision-making time under the positive frame conditions is obviously less than the time under the negative frame conditions. (3) With the rise of the spare programs, especially at being provided 4 reference programs, the decision-making time of the participants is obviously more compared to the other situations, at the same time, the new programs put forward contains a obviously decreasing ratio, and accordingly with the rise of the spare programs put forward, the participants' satisfactory degrees on the results in exigency decision-making present U upside down. (4) Among the three variables—sex, frame type and quantity of spare programs, three distinct alternating effects exist in the satisfactory extent index of exigency decision-making results.
