In recent years, the risk decision has become a hot research field of decision-making psychology.Since Wallach and Wing research found that decision-making for oneself is more risky than for others, many studies examine self-others' decision differences from different fields and give different theoretical explanations, but there are still many contradictions in the results. However,we find that risk decision-making research rarely examines the impact of the two factors "self" and "others" on risk preference.Since these two aspects are important factors influencing decision-making,the "self" of this study is from a cultural orientation,"others" examine the impact of the two on decision-making from different social distances.Other studies have found that the framework effect has a regulatory effect on risk decision-making,and then this paper adds a framework effect to study its impact on risk decision-making.Therefore,based on the framework effect in the foreground theory, this study focuses on the influence of self-cultural orientation and social distance on risk decision-making.This study includes three experiments that explore the impact of cultural orientation, frame type, and social distance on risk decision making.Experiment 1 explored the impact of cultural value orientation and framework type on risk decision-making,and found that cultural orientation and framework type have an impact on risk decision-making;then experiment 2 added decision-making roles(for their own decision-making and decision-making for others),and regarded decision-making roles as society. The categorical variables of distance, explored the influence of cultural orientation and framework effect on risk decision-making,and found that the interaction between cultural value orientation and decision-making role is significant, and the interaction between framework effect and decision-making role is also significant;Experiment 3 is in Experiments 1 and 2 on the basis of different intimacy(high intimacy, low intimacy)from others, the risk preference differences of individuals with different cultural orientations in the decision of high/low intimacy in the loss/benefit framework ware examined.According to the research experiments and data analysis, the results show that:(1)Cultural orientation and frame type have an impact on risk decision-making:collectivist individual risk decision-making risk score is significantly higher than individualism;risk decision-making risk score under loss framework is significantly higher than risk decision-making risk score under benefit framework; There is no interaction between them.(2)Cultural orientation, framework type and decision-making role have an impact on risk decision-making:individualistic individual self-decision scores lower than others'decision-making risk, and collectivist individuals do not show significant differences;in the framework of loss, individuals make decisions for themselves Compared with others, the decision-making risk score is higher, but there is no significant difference.Under the framework of benefit the decision-making risk is lower for the decision-making than for others, and there is a significant difference;the individual takes a higher risk score when making decisions for others.Make decisions for yourself.(3)Cultural orientation, frame type and interpersonal intimacy have an impact on risk decision-making:subjects' risk scores are significantly lower than those of low-density others when making decisions for high-density others;individualistic individuals are highly intimate others for decision-making risk The scores were significantly lower than those of low-density decision-making.The collectivist individuals had no risk score differences for other high-low-density decision-making.The participants in the benefit framework for high-density others made decision-making risk scores significantly lower than those for low-intimacy decisions. There is no significant difference in the decision for high-density,low-density others under the loss framework. In summary, cultural orientation, framework effect and social distance have an impact on risk decision-making,which means that the cultural value orientation of decision makers and the social distance of decision-making objects have important influences on risk decision-making under different decision-making frameworks.
