Study On Special Terms Of Official Document Linguistic Style

On the angle of the special terms of official document style , choose party and government departments enterprises and institutions, such as with laws and regulations, and administrative effectiveness of the texts and documents affairs instruments as basic research language materials, description study by statistical methods, defining special terms of official documents style is the conditions of studing special terms of official documents, the core of this thesis, and also has important significance to studing the inherent discipline. Special terms of official documents are only those appling to official document style not others, which are not or hardly used in other document style, including special terms and special language thesis classifies,identifies and analyzes the connotation and extension of the terms.In the thesis,in order to completely sort out and the classifications and constitution the terms are summed up and analyzed mainly from four aspects , including how to classify and identify,the analyzation of their classifications and application , the analyzations of their constitution and meanings, and the analyzation of their features and standardizations.Acorrding to basal formation of official document style , this thesis studys two aspects which are the disyllable of classical Chinese special terms composed by monosyllable and monosyllabic language, and the special language composed by general service terms of official documents and other general service terms. Finally, this thesis systematically analyzes macroscopic features and normative exertion of special terms of official documents. In addition to steady and systemic macroscopic features, special terms of official documents also have many other features such as shibui solemn, vivid veracity, unpretending brevity, idiographic program and grumous nature of classical Chinese.By respectively analyzing the distribution of the special terms of official document style from the aspects of the essentials of their contents, style and condution, that is, byrespectively sorting out the terms from the aspects of their versions, patterns and conduction , the thesis tries to conclude the function and position of the terms in the research of official document style.By analyzing the constitution and meanings of the terms , the thesis sums up the exterior features and the canonical application . In a certain sense , this thesis has its theoretical value and application significance in the aspects of the research of the special terms of official document style and the guidance of the writing of official documents.
