In the early twenty-first century, the waves of globalization and information based on peace and development have been the topic of ages nowadays. However, Japan is always sparing no efforts pursuing "political and military power" not considering the history trends at all since the Second World War ended. Consequently, its political strength in the whole country walks towards rightism and conservatism direction at present, which tests and threatens the security and stability of East Asia. Under this background, this paper tries to interpret Japanese aggression culture thought theory's development and change related with special and specific history, which led to many aggressive wars causing far-reaching history influence.Firstly, the paper mainly states the meaning and the content of research and its current development home and abroad, further pointing out some research motivations.Secondly, it analyzes the formulation and the evolution of Japanese national aggression character, which appeared and was embodied in ruling class thought. Japan as one island country, not only has especial geography and environment characteristics, but also developed a kind of island culture. Under this condition, the ruling class fabricated Japanese mythology history since time immemorial. At the same time, real Shinto and Tennoism were born, adding to Bushido Spirits formed during the time of Shogunate as ruling class. Meiji government educated people to firmly believe in Bushido Spirits to fight for Tenno so that The Japanese nation invaded other countries in order to conquer Asia and rule the world. What the Japanese people had done in contemporary history has caused catastrophes for Asian people and huge destruction of mankind civilization beyond estimation. This part is also essential and vital.At last, mythological thought, Shinto belief and bushido spirits were melted into aggressive thought and culture of Japanese nation in the Japanese contemporary history. That's to say, it concludes the essence of aggression culture which was closely integrated with aggression wars of Japanese militarism, discussing its historical and real influences. Furthermore, mention the meaning and the aim of this research: Facing today's pessimistic Sino-Japan relationship, we must firmly remember that forgetting history is crime. Watch out Japanese militarism recovery and avoid the repeating of history tragedy. Look at history as a mirror and face the future so as to develop peaceful and friendly Sino-Japanese relationship, and maintain Asian and world security."...
