The development of Modern medical biotechnology brings broad prospects for human disease control and conquest, at the same time, it also brings ethic problems to human beings unprecedented, especially in the development of research and cloning technology as the representative. In accordance with the purpose of cloning, cloning technology is divided into reproductive cloning (cloning) and therapeutic cloning, for the latter people's attitudes are consistent, we focus on the ethical issues and their thinking triggered by human cloning. The core of controversy lies in the potential possibility which human cloning appear on the market, from two aspects of physical and human nature, touched person's life essence with unprecedented depth, thereout human face this enormous challenge. It forms a significant subject now that how to know human cloning technology objectly and roudly, and to guide human cloning to the direction which is advantage to human society progress.This paper is divided into five parts to start. The first part simply introduces the academic background of this research subject, the major view of the academia, main content and the main results of papers. The second part describes the emergence and development status quo of cloning technology, by introducing the definition of cloning technology, the development process, development trends and the meaning of cloning technology. The third part eliminates people's misunderstanding to the human cloning namely human copying, leads the possibility of human cloning being born and necessity of discussing this problem by analyzing the social difference and the biological difference between the human cloning and the donor. There is very great difference about human cloning in academia, the opposite opinion occupies the overwhelming majority, this section gives all the reasons against it. The fourth part analyzed each kind of social ethics morals question which initiated by the clone's born from six different aspects. First, the question is whether to violate the religious ethics. Second, the question is whether to create the clone distinctive quality loses. Third, the question is whether to encroach upon the human dignity. Fourth, the problem is whether to create which the clone himself injures. Fifth, the question is whether to harass the family ethics. Sixth, question is whether to evolve to the race has the adverse effect.The fifth part elaborates the clone technology and ethics morals coordinated development from four aspects. First, obtains from the science and technology and ethics morals' contradiction, to prove the contradiction is the objective existence. Second, by the interaction and the mutual influence of ethics and the science and technology, the clone technology's development can promote ethics morals transformation, and ethics morals also to meet the reaction in the clone technology. Third, society's ethics moral rule must make moderate adjustment, so the clone technology's development needs the humanity ethics idea and the social morals standard makes the suitable adjustment. Fourth, proposed several solutions to the clone question, such as carry out the international cooperation, the country should positively to strengthen the management, rational guide the public opinion, establish all levels of independent ethics Jury, opposed abusiveness of human cloning technology, and guaranteed the clone technology is benefits to the humanity.As the dialectical materialism, we should use the rational manner to treat clone technology, and face up to this technology development and to standard it, we should have the responsible attitude to the human present age and the descendant, the humanity fate, to carrie on the research and the application of the clone technology.
