The Value Of Institution For Freedom

Theory on relation between institutional change and human being's liberation, can be traced back to Karl Marx. Social transformation coming with China's open-door and economic reform policy , makes this problem to be paid close attention to again.To give a preliminary research on relation between the institution's transforming and liberty's developping ,and to provide a theory-road for current system construction that accord with original human nature need developing law, is not only the need for enriching and developing the theory of Marxism during the new period,but also the request made by society that has greatly changed to theory worker.First,the reality that comes first is that institution comes from historic practice of human being's social needs. Institution is essentially effective tool to integrate various resource of society together and to hold society working in good order,and it is great motiving force for human civilization and human being's freedom and liberation. The process of Practice,as objective activity,is that of culture that aim at satisfying certain kind of needs of person and realizing human being's freedom and liberation.Studied by logical and historical method,it can be found that institution promoted human being's freedom and liberation,and that the development of the both is in the same process. Institution has negative effects on human's liberation as well as positive effects. That's its historical limitation,classcal limitation,its standardization which constraints diversity innately and the disproper use of reason.Institution is molding free space , and human being's freedom and liberation has great effect on institution at its legitimacy,its function and the institutional change as well. To nurture awareness of main body, to foster institutional authorities,and to update institutional idea are the theoretical implications for our Institution Building.Logical analysis and historical considerations, will be used in this article to discuss the possibility and the reality for institution to protect everyperson's freedom and liberty.
