Institutional And Social Equality Between The Philosophical Thinking

Institution,based on human's productive activity and formed in human's communication,is a regulatory system to integrate and regulate social relationship. Institution and social equality are not only opposite obviously,but also unified fundamentally. On one hand,institution at a certain stage reflects its social equality to some degree,protect and maintain particular inequality;on the other hand,the normative quality of institution serves as the base,precondition and guarantee for existence and development of social equality. The unity between institution and social equality is fundamental,especially in the process of the dynamic development of the two.Currently our society comes to a transitional period. It is inevitable for institution deletion and institution vacuum to arise. That results in lots of inequality,having a negative effect on stability of society and its continuous,harmonious development.. Therefore,we must attach great importance on rational design of institution,advance institution innovation,strengthen institution construction and maintain social equality. In view of that,this thesis analyzes and demonstrates how to accelerate institution innovation and how to promote social equality on the basis of systematic explanation to philosophical connotation between institution and social equality with the purpose of combining theory and reality.The body of the thesis consists of four parts:The first part introduces the philosophical connotation as well as its basic features of institution and social equality. In current western theoretical circle,the issue of institution is known as"the hottest research field". Various perspectives,such as sociology,law,politics,economics and so on. Though Classic Marxism writers didn't give direct and concrete explanation to institution,their materialism stand and dialectical analytic attitude are clear and consistent. The thesis defines institution from the historical materialism perspective on the basis of analyzing the issues above. It also demonstrates that institution has some basic features,such as normative,unity,enforce ability,stability,history equality and the like.Social equality is what human beings are concerned about and pursuing for ever. It is also an important realistic issue in current society. The ideology of equality has a long history,people have different understandings of equality,among which. Marxism's explanation is the most fundamental and rational. Institution has the following features:it is based on social productive situations;its precondition is individual's independence;it is concrete,historical and relatives.The second part argues for the intrinsic unity between institution and social equality. The thesis deals with it on three aspects:First,social equality is value appeal of institution,detailed description is given from the aspect that equality is required of institution and equality is required of institution. Secondly,institution provides guarantee for equality. On this point,the author argues for it from the aspect of institution basis on which social equality is established,the institution precondition where awareness of equality is fostered,and institution guarantee with which social equality is realized. Finally,the thesis analyzes the practice basis on which institution and social equality are unified.The third part demonstrates the dynamic unity between institution innovation and promotion of social equality. First,a clear definition of institution innovation is given. Then the reasons to perform institution innovation are given:A. Transitional society requires institution innovation. B. The limitations of institution itself provide inner drive for institution innovation. At last,a conclusion that institution innovation provides drive and guarantee for social equality.The fourth part:points out the basic ways to accelerate institution innovation and promote social equality after analyzing the present situations of China as a socialist country. First,perfect socialist market economy system, rich social equality material base. Concretely speaking,we need to further perfect basic economic systems, build a sound modern market system.,strengthen and perfect macro control and deepen distribution system reform. Secondly,advance innovation of socialist democracy to provide political guarantee for the realization of social equality. Concretely speaking,a democratic state with system of people's congress as its core and a country under the rule of law and moral. Thirdly,adhere to the scientific development view,promote the overall improvement of nation's quality.This article has several academic innovations as follows:First,conducts the reorganization research to"the institution"and"the social equality"concept from the philosophy perspective,the institution and the social equality have the different limits in the different discipline,this article has produced the two accurate philosophy limits from the philosophy angle;Second,persists the historical materialism,conducts the research to the dialectical relations between the institution and the social equality.
