The classical court music is one kind of music in the history of music in China for longitudinal thousands of years,it is one of the most important part in China's national culture of music. However, no specialized academic article has ever given an in-depth, detailed study on its Development So far. In view of this, this article attempts to make a research on the total phase of the classical court music to the macro, in contrast, the vertical perspective, in order to have a relatively clear and in-depth understanding of the ancient Chinese culture Development of the classical court music.The full text consists of three parts: the introductory, the main body, and the conclusion. The introductory part gives a brief description of current research situation and puts forward a point of view different from their predecessors which is precisely the purpose of writing this paper. The first chapter is about the classical court music culture of ancient period and outlines the budding,stereotypes and recession of the classical court music. The second chapter is about the classical court music culture of Medieval Times,which is the core of this paper,expounding the reconstruction of the classical court music, Suichu "kaihuang Music Disscussion",Tang Dynasty music and cultural prosperity of the situation after the Propriety-Music Disintegration. The third chapter is about the classical court music culture of the near ancient times, expounding that Since the Song, the classical court music start to exclude Popular Music and gradually become rigid. The closing remarks briefly summarize the classical court music changes in the overall development.
