Research On Journal Editing Experience And Thought Of Qin Zhaoyang

Qin Zhaoyang is not only a well-known writer and literary critic, but also a distinguished editor in the history of modern Chinese literature. He worked as an editor for more than 20 years, especially in the period of subeditor of " The People's Literature" and chief editor of "contemporary". He compiled and published many influential literary works, trained many young literary writers. Qin Zhaoyang made magnificent contribution for the chinese contemporary literature. He had accumulated rich experience and formed his own unique style and editting thinking. This paper mainly study Qin Zhaoyang's editting thinking through many issue of samples of " The People's Literature" and " contemporary ". Meanwhile, my paper attempts to conclude Qin Zhaoyang editorial achievements and thinking in his life, in the hope that it can benefit modern literary editors. This paper is divided into six parts including introduction and conclusion. Part I: Qin Zhaoyang's editorial experience. Part II: Qin Zhaoyang's editorial achievement ,including the period of working as subeditor of "The People's Literature" and chief editor of " contemporary ". Part IV: I Summarizes Qin Zhaoyang's editting thinking and style from his editorial experience. (1) Insisting the realism literary view. Qin Zhaoyang published many works which embody the spirit of the times (2) He proposed the"five gas" publication thought-including the "righteous, moral integrity, ambition and vigor, spirit".(3) He insisted the artistic rule and opposed tendency of generalization and formulation. (4) Qin Zhaoyang's careful and brave editorial style.(5) Qin Zhaoyang regarded discovering and training young authors as lofty mission of an editor. Part V: the modern inspiration of Qin Zhaoyang's editting thinking.(1) The literary editor needs adhere to realism editting thinking; (2) Value publication characteristic of a journal; (3) Actively train and support the young literary authors (4) The literary editor must have the sacrificing spirit , abandon fame and fortune. At last I summarize Qin Zhaoyang's contribution in the history of modern Chinese literature, hope that his editting thinking will have the advantage for current literary enterprise.
