Study Of Human Values ​​to Achieve The System Of Justice

Human beings are value being, and after all, the realization of human development lies in the process of creating and realizing value. The realization of value is reagarded as the goal of value generally pursued by people, which plays a hugely important role in promoting the development of the social history. At present time, the presentation and articulation of the 'Scientific Outlook of Development' on the basis of people oriented ideas and the developing goal of constructing 'A Harmonious Socialist Scociety' as well aims at making great efforts to satisfy the needs of realizing human value, so as to continously improve the layer and level of realizing human value, and at last making the development of human beings in all-round way become true.To all those people who are living inside the institutional sphere, the institution establishes a real space of the realization of human value. What kinds of values are realized by human beings? How do people realize the value? To what extent do people realize the values? These questions are directly decided by social relations that also refer to the institution. From the aspect of realizing human value, the factors of system are basically significant. As result, it's nearly impossible to probe the real ways of realizing human value without considering the institutional factors. The institutional history evolving and changing show that the institution not only is evolving towards a more justifiable and reasonable direction, but also is developing towards a direction which is more and more profitable to the realization of human value. With regard to the question of how to take advantage of a kind of institution to guarantee the realization of human value and to realize the function of adjustment, the key point leads to the characteristics of justice in the institution.The research of this thesis will break through the deficiencies of the lack of discussing dimensions of social institution in the fomer researches upon the realization of human value. Setting the realization of human value as the research object, this thesis tries to apply the basic principles of Marxism Materialist Conception of History and the methods of system analysis. From the height of philosophy, this thesis tries to bring questions of realizing human value into researches in the discourse system of institutional justice. At first, this thesis elaborates the conceptual deliminations of the 'realization of human value' and the 'institutional justice', so as to set on the theoretical basis of this research. Secondly, this thesis elaborates the basic theoretical opinions of the realization of human value in Marxism theories, so as to offer the valuable materials and the starting point of the theoretical probe to this research. Thirdly, eliciting from the angle of institutional justice, the thesis examines the questions of realizing value and probes how the institutional justice guarantee realizing human value through probing the dialectical and unified interaction between institutional justice and realization of human value. At last, through analyzing the institution examination of realizing human value, this thesis analyzes the deficiencies of institutional justice in the realization of human value in the contemporary China, so as to offer the probing ways of realizing human value.
