The institutions of higher learning are raise each kind of professional personnel's base, the college student creativity height directs relation country comprehensive national strength. The mental healthy is the creativity essential condition. This article will carry on the discussion to the social creativity and mental health.Based on the analysis of literature, questionnaire investigation and deep interview, the study constructed a model on college student Social Creative Questionnaire (SCQ). Carries on the revision according to results of the questionnaire, thus forms the college student society creativity official questionnaire. And use this questionnaire survey college students' society creativity development's difference, research on relationship college students' society creativity and the mental health.(1)SCQ is a reliable and effective measure tool, which can be used to measure college students' social creativity.(2)SCQ consists of six factors: social skill creativity, behavior adaptive, the self-cognition, the question situation, perspicacity, and sociality(3)The scores of the college students in the scale have significant difference between sexes, major, grade. Gender differences do not have in the total score, but in the factor three self-cognitions, the factor four question situations, the male student is higher than the female student. The factor six: the female student is higher than the male student. The discipline difference has the significance difference regarding the social creative influence in the total score, sciences and engineering's social creativity obviously is higher than the liberal arts the social creativity. College student's social skill creativity, self-cognition, sociality have the remarkable age difference, in other three factors not significant difference. From the total score that various grades difference is significant, and the college student society creativity is along with the grade growth.(4)The college students' society creative level and college student's psychologically healthy level existence significant correlation, the former may obviously dope the latter.
