It implement the function of voice read , search words, and online translation etc. This paper also research and discuss the main technology, as well as the discussed the resolved the problem of main technology for development that Chinese-Tibetan electronic dictionary, and the problem than exist in currently, and the prospect in future, the benefit for social.
