Minority education is the weak link in the China's elementary educational system, also have been concerned by China education expert. Researchers believe that, to build a comprehensive system of social support network for the minority impoverished students, it can't only reduce minority impoverished students'economic pressure and psychological pressure, but also can help them successfully complete their studies, while plays a key role on effectively improving the quality of minority education. The writer choose minority impoverished high school students as researching object, who have no right to enjoy the preferential policies of the nine-year compulsory education and the financing policy of the university. At present, the research on the social support for impoverished students mainly concentrated in the college impoverished students, not on minority impoverished students. Minority impoverished high school students live in the remote mountain which is in the low of development of economic and education, traffic congestion. They subordinate to the vulnerable groups because they have the characteristics of poverty, low levels and vulnerability. They play a key role on the development of Minority. So it is necessary to construct a the Society Support network system for them, to help them complete the studies.The paper mainly took depth interviews investigation. In January 2007, I began to concern minority impoverished high school students though an education research activities in the Dong Autonomous County of Sanjiang. In May 2007, I began to investigate. I designed the open-ended interview questionnaire including a number of indexes which include minority impoverished high school students'family life, school life, psychological state and recipients, choice Guilin Longsheng high school as investigation pot, interviewed teachers and minority impoverished students, and observed them and collected the material about subsidizing minority impoverished students since five years. I read the anthropology, sociology and psychology, to analysis minority impoverished students'the society support situation, to establish Guangxi minority impoverished high school students'society support network which is as governments, groups and individuals main role, and to propose the feasibility strategy. The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is introduction which explain the reason, the status quo and methods of the research, as well as make a clear concept about social support and impoverished students. Chapter two,from anthropology, sociology and psychology point of view, the writer analysis minority impoverished high school students'poverty, low levels and vulnerability by vulnerable groups theory, to propose the necessity of establishing social support network; To analysis the social attribute of the action of social support by social interaction theory and social exchange theory; To analysis how to provide with the form of social support network by Maslow's theory. Chapter three is to analysis the status quo of Guangxi minority impoverished high school students'society support network from the government, groups and individuals, and sum up the problem, find that it is no spirit supports and studies supports for them. so it still hasn't formed a social support network system.Chapter four is to establish Guangxi minority impoverished high school students basing on the status quo of minority impoverished high school students'society support and the theory of social support network, and explain their functions. Chapter five is to propose the constructive strategy of Guangxi minority impoverished high school students'society support network. The writer propose the constructive strategy from the views of governments support network system, groups support network system and individual support network system.
