The Ethical Problem And Countermeasure Research Of Network Society

With the progress of science and the development of society, the network technology has been vigorously developed. People’s lives under the guidance of network technologies become more and more flat, and it has been greatly enhance and change on quality and quantity. Networks are increasingly affecting and changing the way people work and live. Rapid development and wide application of network technology for social activities and the exchange of information provide people a digital platform, which create a new social networking space. In general, the social space contains a large number of social norms, social expectations and social behaviors, those are important carrier used to determine and guide people’s behavior. But cyberspace is different from traditional social space, which originated in the real world and a multidimensional manifestation of the real world, also stand for the "electronic image" of modern social life. In this cyberspace, people’s social life and existence is reconstructed digitized.However, the network not only brings convenience to people in all aspects of economic life, but also brought a lot of ethical issues. This series of ethical issues are difficult to handled and controlled by the reality of the moral. In the industrial phase 4.0, Internet is no longer known as an information network in the traditional sense, it is more like a net contains substance, energy and information blend with each other, and the Internet is not just passing the information in the traditional sense, it also include substance and energy information. The evolution of the Internet itself make a change in its role. On the other hands, the future of the Internet is no longer a tool for the general sense, it becomes a main contradiction, and the relations within cyberspace will form a special form in the society, in this case, the network disorder will cost a great to society. Network is a double-edged sword, when it is used properly, there is a huge economic and social development impetus; in the other way, it brings a negative effects for the economic and social development. In fact, the network disorder is not un-familiar. As the casually and shield of network identity, which is not fixed but change, some people think that their reality identities can vanished in the network, they are speaks random words, acts recklessly without any cost or responsibility, which makes the cyberspace seems Lawless. This understanding is very wrong. Ethics is a theory of morality, ethics and moral foundation is built on our real social, ethical and moral basis of the network is built on the network society. Explore the ethical issues arising from the development of the network, and analyze the reasons from a moral point of view, proposed regulation and prospects vision, proposed control measures, which is conducive to the healthy development of social safety internet.This paper consists of four parts, the first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of this topic, the research background, research ideas and methods; the second chapter summarizes the meaning of the network society, the concept of a network of social ethics have been described, and also contains some characteristics of the network of social ethics; the third chapter describes the manifestation of a network of social and ethical issues and analyzes the causes; fourth chapter analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the regulation of the network based on social and ethical issues and targeted proposed measures and ways to solve network problems of social ethics.
