Comparison Research Complex Predicate In Chinese And Indonesian Language

In the Chinese Language, complex predicate is the most special structure. Actually, complex predicate has a wide scope but serial verb construction and control construction are discussed generally.Nowadays, there is no clear and uniform standard about the discussion of complex predicate. If based on tightly limit standard, most of complex predicate are not available in Indonesian language. Complex predicate is available in Indonesian grammar if this standard are not tight.This thesis will explain the comparison and classification of complex predicate in the Chinese Languange and Indonesian Language.If there were not explained, it's not included complex predicate or can not be stated.This thesis consist of 3 parts:Chapter 1, Explanation scope of complex predicate in the Chinese and Indonesian Language.Chapter 2, Comparison serial verb construction between Chinese and Indonesian Language, consist of 2 construction:First type is A type of serial verb construction, which it constructs of verbs, consist of 3 parts :First, A type of serial verb construction which it exist in the Chinese language and Indonesian language, can divided into 3 categories:(1)First predicate is the way of second predicate;(2)Second predicate is the aim of first predicate;(3)First predicate is not the word"you/meiyou有/没有", second predicate is the aim of first predicate.Second, A type of serial verb construction which it exist in the Indonesian Language (but excluded in the Chinese language, consist of 4 parts :(1)Second activity is the reason of first activity;(2)Second predicate is the result of action, condition and activity of first predicate;(3)The first and second predicate have the similar relationship and these activities are happened at the same moment nearly, or the second predicate is the additional or explanation of first predicate;(4)Little part in A type of serial verb construction.Third, A type of serial verb construction in the Chinese Language but excluded in Indonesian Language, consist of 2 categories :(1)The incident of first and second predicate is linked together;(2)The activity of first and second predicate are completely different explained. Second type is B type of serial verb construction which it constructs of verb and adjective, consist of 2 parts :First, The adjective in front of the verb, consist of 2 categories :(1) The first and second activity have the aim relationship;(2)The first and second activity do not have the aim relationship.Second, The adjective behind the verb, consist of 2 categories :(1) B type of serial verb construction like A type of serial verb construction;(2) B type of serial verb construction with the adjective behind the verb.Chapter 3 , Comparison Control-construction between Chinese and Indonesian Language, consist of 2 parts:First, Control-construction which it exists in the Chinese and Indonesian Language, consist of 4 groups :(1)The activity which have instruction aspect and controllable;(2) The verb in front of Control-construction is uncontrollable activity;(3) The verb in front of Jianyu is emotional and the verb behind and in front of Control-construction have cause and effect relationship;(4) The sentence contains these structure :"yi…wei以···为","na…dang/zuo拿···当/做". Second, Control-construction in the Chinese language but excluded in Indonesian Language, consist of 3 categories:(1) The verb in front of Control-construction is the emotional activity;(2) The verb behind and infront of Control-construction have the cause and effect relationship;(3) The sentence without subject-predicate structure and use unverb"you,meiyou;"shi是".This thesis conclude the relationship and difference of fuwei structure in the Chinese language and Indonesian Language. The purpose of this thesis are to give more reference and explanation about fuwei structure for Indonesian students who study Chinese Language and also for China student who study Indonesian Language. In additional to develop education and also translation of Chinese Language and Indonesian Language.
