Individuality refers to an organic body that was constructive by multiple levels, aspects and elements of tendency, mental characteristics of individual and characteristic of social personality, which have the nature of subjectivity and the unity of differences and intercommunity. The freedom development of individuality is the organic unity of process and target which had determined by social relationship. Besides, individuality also underwent a process of historic development that from adherence to independent and free individuality.There is dynamic dialectical relationship between the development of individuality and social. Realize of modernization individuality must used scientific development view and the modernization of capacitance, moral, institutional, educational building to promote the realistic individuality development.
