Comparative Study On The Oil Painting Education Between European & Chinese Senior Academy Of Fine Arts

Currently, Chinese senior academy of Fine Arts meet a development opportunities unprecedented. The Chinese oil painting teaching has passed through teaching practice which has been nearly one hundred years. They not only made students predominate creative way of realism by the west teaching system of Academy of Art, but also attempt to use this way to reform Chinese tradition art. Especially, the teaching system of Soviet senior academy of Fine Arts which was introduced in to our country in the 1950's also has far-reaching for our oil teaching system. Up to the present, part of our academy of Fine Arts has hold the "Soviet pattern" all the same. The oil teaching system of now has disparity and inelasticity with the request of 21th's comprehensive quality. Reformation is imperative under the situation. Europe is the cradleland of oil painting, but it meets the same problem with Chinese in the contemporary era. So, the explore and reform of The Europe oil painting teaching system are valuable for Chinese oil painting education.Owing to problems mentioned all above, I have made a comparison and analysis about the development history, the theory of oil painting teaching, the setting of oil painting major, the system of oil painting teaching evaluation, the social exhibition of the oil painting major, the students' employment and the reformation of the teaching methods between the oil painting teaching systems of the main European fine art colleges(the Germany, French, Italian and Russian fine arts universities and colleges and so on) and Chinese ones. Hoping to reach some creative ways of the reformation of the Chinese oil painting teaching system, I have quoted some cases of the parallel fine art colleges to point out the differences between those two.In the whole progress of my writing, I always hold a truly wish that we could set up a discipline for the art's development, which is suitable for this era, and an oil painting system, which takes full respect of the Chinese traditional culture, with a premise of keeping the advantages of traditional oil painting teaching system. Meanwhile, I hope the Chinese fine art colleges could take the responsibility to come through the fine art, making it a brilliant spiritual homeland for the whole human being.
