It concerns the fundamental to the building of the country, way of running a country, way of making the country prosperous. The culture and economy are in the course of their common development. With the alternate growing of cultural economy and economic culture, it has presented an integrative, compound, new trend of melting and has formed the crystallization of cultural economic integration --Cultural industry. Cultural industrialization has already become an important direction and means in the cultural construction and development culture system reform of our country The cultural industrialization is a processing, which uses cultural capital, market-oriented or industrialization means to handle cultural products for the production, circulation, distribution, consumption, the process meet maximum the cultural needs of people. The essence of the cultural industrialization is to realization of culture market-oriented.At present most of the studies of the theoretical circle focused on cultural promoting role in the condition of socialist market economy. and not from the perspective of the cultural industries to research.
