This article takes"Writer", which from 1995 to 2005 ,as my research category, also it performs all sorts of endeavors which it has made in the decade,in order to demonstrate the survival situation of literature periodical reliaty and explain the way how literature periodical participating in literature."Writer"carries out the principle:to see the world from the writer's point of view. It takes the matter that training and promoting the new writers as its duty-bound matter. In the 90s,"Writer"became the fertile soil which the Cainozoic Era writers grew. Meanwhile,"Writer"beagan to face readers, also it closed to readers through such situation as modification and enhancement of its literature readability etc. Today, literature is approaching the marketplace step by step.The function of the chief editor is also highlighting in the developing process of periodical itself.
