In the field of mass media in many contemporary society, logo as a sign of commercial brand in a market economy have in-depth information to the social life at all levels, the identification of signs and brand information dissemination functions can create market effects and have an important condition for the audience. From the perspective of the creation of design, concept connotation of signs and artistic performance are the basis of visual identification.The inherent meaning of the expression can embody attributes of sign, but it must be marked to reflect the recognition of the logo. Recalling the past history of the design, logo design has developed from the initial symbolic forms which has the realist meaning to the decorative style of the times handicrafts, from the simplicity of Bauhaus to the current diversity of styles. The aim is to make signs with the demands of image transmission. Particularly in the design of VIS Visual image recognition system, the signs of recognition is particularly important. It is more important than the content of itself conveys.This essay is to mark the identifiers for the study, explaining the influences of fabric, colour, graphics, personal performance and many other factors to identify signs of the impact of the logo design in the introduction and application of visual and promotion of the basic law amendments. Logo design is not applied to the text to interpret signs connotation, it pays attention to the identification of markers to create the image of the main signs, In this way it can achieve the fundamental purpose of its best and effective dissemination.
