Drama of Yuan Dynaty is called'Yuan Dynastic Literature', as its prosperous developing, a lot of intelligent and gentle literators are appealed to devoting themselves to the creation upsurge. And lots of famous literators came forth in this period with their excellent works. According to the recordation of Jia Sicheng's book Lu Gui Bu (Yuan Dynasty), except Xi Qu writer, the number of Drama writer is more than eighty. Jia Zhongming (Yuan Dynasty) made a complementary to this in his Lu Gui Bu– continuation. In addition, the recordation of Zhu Quan's Tai He Zheng Yin Pu of the early Ming Dynasty shows that there are a hundred of ninety one Drama writers in total (including Yuan and the period between the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty). Drama writer of Yuan Dynasty can be classified according to different areas as Dadu group, Zhending group, Pingyang group, Dongping group and Hangzhou group. However, one of the obstacles of studying Yuan Qu is the limited biography information of the Xi Qu writer, thereby seldom people would like to butt into this field. In Yuan Dynasty, the number of Drama writer of Hangzhou group is comparatively equal to the number of Dadu group, in which, Zheng Guangzu, Qiaoji, Gong Tianting, Zhong Sicheng, Jia Zhongming and Zhu Jing are the famous Drama writers of Hangzhou. The study of these writers who major in their work and biography, whereas, the achievement of study by combining the individual writers into a group is very little. Base on this, this arctical would like to give a comprehensive and systemic study on the Drama creation group.This article includes four chapters,Chapter One: Summary of the composing and cause of Hangzhou Drama creation group of Yuan Dynastic.This chapter is major in compartmentalizing the members of Drama writer group of Hangzhou, to give an easy understanding for the latter content. And also to make a brief study on the cause of the writer group's formation based on three aspects, natural circumstance, economy and culture and the tradition of Xi Qu.Chapter Two: A discussion on the characteristic and activities of Hangzhou Drama writers of Yuan Dynasty. This part will delve into the general characteristic of Hangzhou Drama writer of Yuan Dynasty, and will describe their activities, such as the activities with members, with literators of Wuzhong area and other literators within Hangzhou area.Chapter Three: A discussion on the creation of Hangzhou Drama writer of Yuan Dynasty. This study is base on the subject trend, article characteristic and character of regional culture. The main subject trend of Hangzhou Drama includes Civilize, which is major to pay a tribute to the notion of ethic and morality; Marriage and Love which reflect the conflict of individual ardor and traditional morality; Immortal and Humanization—The realistic animadvert strenghth is weekened while the consciousness of airing humanization is boosted up. The artistic characteristic of Hangzhou Drama means elegancy of art, stenghth of lyricism and renovation of form. And the character of regional culture is mostly represent in three aspects—the view of Jiangnan and the sight of Xihu, the historic anecdotes and folklore, the figural figure and the style of Qu Ci.Chapter Four: A discussion on the historic status and impact of Hangzhou writer group of Yuan Dynasty. Hangzhou writer group plays an important part in the history of both Drama and San Qu. It also has a significant impact on Xi Qu of Ming Dynasty, especially on Nan Ju and Legend. This article takes the traditional method—Material Study Analysis as it's study method, after discussing and analysing, it comes to a conclusion that Hangzhou Drama writer group is a remarkable creation group whose form has a consanguineous relation with the temporal society and culture background and which creation embodys the grumous characteristic of the era and tract, and which work adopt the character of the predecessor and inaugurate the literature of Ming Dynasty.
