With the development of global economy,frequent circulation of commodities shock the concept of value of the local consumers and change their minds to choose products.Then the acculturation will be.The article try to indicate the acculturation of the Chinese consumers with certain research and data in the theory ,basic elements and inner elements.With some study in mobile and cosmetics consuming,the author find three characteristics in acculturation of local consumers .Studying the acculturation would benefit saving the phenomenon of absolute advantages in Chinese market by foreign brand products.And change the weak of culture exportation in the new media era.
